system32 found and explorer.exe

Well what do i do now, I have found system32, explorer.exe and kbd. exe and rundll32.exe on my computer :-( how in the world do I fix them?? Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

What procedure did you do to find them?
and can you tell us a little bit more info on what the specifics of the problems are on your box?

Iceblue, his log looked ok to me.
Just freeking on things that are unknown
to him. That's what I got out of the post
and the log.
