Comment:

I have just installed Symantec Antivirus 9.0, and autoprotect is failing to load. I have checked all the required services are running, and I have run liveupdate to check for updates. Anybody know what could be causing this?

Thanks in advance.

I no longer have NAV but I remember there was a setting somewhere you can Check which tells it to load AutoProtect at Windows StartUp - look on the main Configutation Page
