I am not sure on this if I should allow or not?
NT Kernel & System
Generic host process for Win32 services

I don't run the NT Kernel but I do run Generic Host Process, as that is the one that allows the windows up-dates.
For the Sygate Home GHP
Set “Generic Host Process for Win32 Services” (svchost.exe) in the running applications window to allow windows up-dates.Right click on Sygate in the system tray go to applications… > right click on “Generic Host Process for Win32 Services” (svchost.exe) go to advanced… > uncheck “Act as Server” then ok.
If you need a simple solution, try mine. I try to give advise on things that have happened to my PC. Glad to have a chance to help you.

Ok I did the above, but I don't understand what you mean you don't run NT Kernel? what is that how do I know if I do or don't.
And another question?
When I click on test thru Sygate a window pops up saying this...Warning.........
Your firewall is configured to automacially block attackers IP address (active responce) because of this test results may not be correct.Am I suppose to get this warning I don't remember getting this before.

Sorry,
What I meant is that I have the NT Kernel blocked and my PC runs great.
I'm not too sure why you get that message about the test, I've never had that, so you must have something set up different on your Sygate.
Maybe try a different test site and see what happens. http://www.auditmypc.com/If you need a simple solution, try mine. I try to give advise on things that have happened to my PC. Glad to have a chance to help you.

Ok I blocked my nt kernel and see what happens, I will also check that site, I have never got that warning either? Thanks for this help.
