Hi, I cannot connect to Widows update, I allow all processes to connect however I still cannot downlaod updates I get the following error 0x80072EE2, thank you.

I had the same problem...give this a shot and post back if all is well, ok? This worked for me.

For the Sygate Home GHP
Set “Generic Host Process for Win32 Services” (svchost.exe) in the running applications window to allow.

Right click on Sygate in the system tray go to applications… > right click on “Generic Host Process for Win32 Services” (svchost.exe) go to advanced… > uncheck “Act as Server” then ok.

I just had another client with the same problem error as you and my response#1 fixed that problem, so maybe try it again and post back.
