Ur comp is infected by a virus. Perhaps it is not compatible with ur OS. U should use search function of windows explorer to find this file (dont forget to include "search hidden file and folder"). Delete it if u can find it out and go to registry find exactly value "swhost.exe" and remove all of registry key that contains this string. Good luck !!!
U should backup ur registry before deleting anything if u dont wanna reinstall windows.
