Reply: (edit)A few years ago I got hit with a Blaster virus on a Win 2000 Pro PC, and the symptoms were like yours: the wallpaper for my desktop was there, but no icons or taskbar. Are you running current antivirus software? -- 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
