I read their web site once and it seemed very promising. But I remember something about SurfinGuard not being able to run/work with something else(???). Related to saying a person should not use Surfin Guard if......???? Do you remember anything about that?

EC, I have used SG Pro since it came out... I have tested it with various programs.... and it NEVER failed... This is my list of programs that I recommend... it is a little dated... but I have done extensive testing on each product... read on... Yes, those are all in my arsenal as well, but Surfin Guard. I'll check their web page again. PEST Patrol is nice too. SWAT IT is excellent. Also, I like Reg Prot from diamondCS. I also, like Webroot's Window Washer as an index.dat cleaner, cookie cleaner, etc., as I see them as security risks, albeit in a smaller way. Mike Lin has STARTUP Monitor (??) from www.mlin.net (?)which is useful. I should mention using a router with NAT or even better Stateful Packet Inspection, like either Netgear 31X series or the Linksys SR series, in addition to Zone Alarm Pro version 3.
