i am facing a strange problem in which the icons are getting changed to unknown icon,

first with the tune up utility then with my personal folders, the folder icon is gone and unknown icon is coming {the icon we get wen the computer doesn't recognize the format }

i did the spy ware test with anti virus nutin found

plss help than x it just irritates no instability


i have loads of queries
