strange green folder name

Sorry if you find errors in english,I speak portuguese.I have a folder named "621d332ce1596ffe3d3b4cb9836".This name appears in a green color.It contains some winamp files and other unknown and unaccessible files.I'm not abble to delete them either.My antivirus (Norton)needs an update.I have the ZOneALarm firewall .Can anyone help me?

Have you tried deleting it in the "safe mode"? Try http://www.simplysup.com/ for a trojan scan. Please post back with the results.

I'd run an online virus scan at either Panda or House Call to verify/rule out a virus
