Hi. Everytime I restart a window shows up asking me if I want to shut an application down. The thing is, it has a very strange name and I don't know what it is. Last time I restarted, I took the name down. Here is the name of the application that is running:
app.bl87yELQuTvEqLk4yz4YZQ.6
That may not be the exact name, I was writing it down quickly. I have no idea what that is. Is that a virus?

Download a copy of Dr.Web CureIt. http://www.freedrweb.com/cureit/
Reboot your PC to safe mode and run a complete scan.
Fix anything it finds unless you know it's a false positive.
Reboot and repeat until clean. Then boot normally. Scan again until clean.
