I found from yesterday, when I visited some sites in which their internal ads-banner can't be shown, a pop-up window will then be prompted asking for enter username and password. this pop-up windows used to be the .net password window as use in ms messenger.

U can try some of these common sites i visited : www.majorgeeks.com and www.divx.com/divx

I found the messenger windows are come from ads.x10.com or ads.ad-flow.com

I tried to directly enter those 2 ad sites, the same things happen for a pop up windows asking for username and passwaord again.

What are they, pls suggest

I went to those "ad" sites you listed, first with CrazyBrowser (built-in pop-up stopper) and got nothing. Then tried with IE,no pop-up stopper enabled, still got nothing.

Did the same with majorgeeks,and divx...same results,nothing.

Not sure what to tell you, other than maybe trying a repair of IE...see if it clears it up.Can't hurt a thing to try.
