Stealth port 113?

hi guys. i bought a cheap netgear wireless router mr814v3 for my apartment. i did a test on grc shields up and it shows port 113 closed and TCP packets received, so i fail the test. i looked on google but could only find info for dlink. any help would be appreciated. thanks!
