Ok this is my second post about this subject. No I can't change my startpage in my IE 6.0. I really don't know how I should be able to, now after trying almost everything. The startpage always changes back to msn.com, no matter what I try to change it to. These are the things I've tried: (I updated all the programs before I tried) Hijack This, CWShredder, SpyBot S&D, AdAware, and I changed the startpage in regedit. Now I really don't know what to do. It is probally something in your startup file in msconfig.It may be listed as sp or sps.You may also want to download a free program called startpage guard which prevents your page from being hijacked It is available at http://www.sn apfiles.com/get/startpageguard.html hth rj

I have exactly the same problem and also tried the same software solutions and nothing seems to work. If anybody out there have tried something diferent that may work, please advice. I thank you in advance for your help. Claudio

I had the same problem on my computer, and the following solved it: Try running the Ad-aware program available on http://www.lavasoftusa.com This removes most of the spywares present on the machine. Hope this helps
