Probably dumb question but everytime I open Internet Explorer the first thing on the screen is a large blue field saying "Starting Client Update" and the address in the address box is . It sits there and does nothing for as long as I will wait. When I try to close it, it warns that this is a critical update and will continue to display it until completed. It will sit there on the screen for hours doing nothing. What to do???
