Spyware removal help

In intenet epxlorer on the toolbar where it has the search function i get this site called "superwebsearch" loading up in the small search window, i dont know how or where this came from, and ADAWARE doesent seem to find it, but its has XXX adverts and i dont know how to remove it change it back t default search, another thing i installed NETSONIC, but removed it straight away finding out it had loaded my PC with spyware and i can remove a filed called NETSONIC.DLL, is there a link with the two problems i have and is there a fix for any?

sorri i meant to say I CAN'T REMOVE "NETSONIC.DLL"

I would also like to add...please make sure that your AdAware is uptodate. Build 6.181 and reference file (as of this moment 01R259)
