Comment: Hey; I had posted and it got deleted prolly cause i put my log right away thing is my internet is so slow now!!! agh and if you keep on deleting it takes me more and more time to write here!!! I finally got through.Now, I have went on the site and downloaded spyware doctor but you need to register?? so, doesn't work. I've read the 2 posts and tried numerous things but that **** Anti Virus! icon is still in my taskbar! ahhh it's dead annoying! Help.!

Reply: (edit)Ok, so, I got unlocker and ewido_micro and spyware doctor. I hope they can help... I delete the Spyware Quake, and it seems to come back all the time when I delete it, the Virus Alert! flashing thing at the bottom of the screen doesn't go away. Seems like I'm not the only one having a problem with this. Please help. Thanks

Reply: (edit)try scanning with: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-spywarequake.html If it doesn't help, post a hijackthis log, so we can figure out what the problem is
