Good info.
I simply don't use IE, Outlook, Word etc, so I don't have all those problems.

Every time I came off the net I used to run adware and it would find loads of tracking cookey's, reg entry's etc.Since installing spyware blaster I don't have to anymore, it doesn't find anything cos they don't get onto my pc.I highly recommend spywareblaster to anyone who hasn'y got it!
