I'm having trouble getting rid of some spyware on my system. Every now and then while I'm using Netscape, Internet Explorer popups appear occasionally, temporarily stalling my brower. Along with that, there's this file in my Temp folder under local settings called Load.html that pops up occasionally and turns into an ExitExchange ad. I've tried deleted it, but it keeps coming back. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be,

hi greliz,
go to safe mode and do the following:
do a search of your registry for the files:
load.exe and load.html, if found delete the entry, then,
check your system ini file and see if you have an entry that has load.exe and or load.html, if so edit your system ini file and remove only the words "load.exe" and or "load.html", then go to the temp directory and delete load.html.
also check your task list and if you find these files, delete from there.
reboot your machine.
all the best,
murve
