Spyware Or Virus That I Cant Remove

Hi , got something bad on this PC. Makes popups come from nowhere all the time. There are some suspictious programs:
gxuluifh.exe Packager.exe Calc.exe (not the calculator because I don't use it) FARMMEXT.exe
It is really annoying when I'm browsing the net with this to be typing something in and a pop-up occurs. Tried cleaning with Ad-Aware and AntiVir but nothing. System won't run AVG (crashes) - any help appreciated. Thanks.

Also before going into safe mode do turn off system restore , then while in safe mode delete the following >> delete all temp files / cookies / internet temp files / recycling bin /

David, the file FARMMEXT.exe appears to be related to the Stub variant of the malware Transponder. Check out the Manual Removal Instructions at the link below.
