spyware or false positive

hello. i've been using spyeraser for a few months now which i think is very good. but updated it today and done a scan and it found this file in the registry scan... RAT.PSYBERMIND.1.12 and the information it gave me was that a remote attacker could take full control of the sys. and even do a format of your hdd drive if they wanted to.and other nasty stuff. i looked everywere on the net and can't find much info on it. any help would be great as i don't want to remove it if it is a false positive cheers.
Summary: my comp was running slow I suspected virus/spyware so I did a full system scan using ad-aware (fully updated) and it found nothing. did a full system scan with norton (fully updated) and found nothing...
