Hey does anyone know how to remve spyware and malware from a computer without installing any software?
I dont trust the free downloadable ones if im honest. I know how it can be done because i have a guy coming round in a few days to show me, but i would rather get it done now and not make him waste his time!

Wait till the guy comes around to show you because it is not that simple. It usually involves delving into the registry and if you don't know what you are doing it can make matters worse. Each virus has slightly different methods, there is no generic method.
If thus guy also advises you to install an anti virus application, even a free one like AVG or Avast, take his advice because it will be the best advice you will ever get regarding viruses.
