Hi,
I have been going back and forth from using spybot
search and destroy and i THOUGHT it was working. Every
five hours or so i would double check for spyware with
spybot once again and there would be a whole lot of
malware/trojans back again. It seems like when I ran AVG
that it said some DLL's had changed.
Now it seems like this time a lot of different stuff has
happened. I cannot open certain websites, I cannot even
begin to install new programs (they will not even start up
after I download them), and it is really confusing.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks, this is my wife's computer that is messed up and I
can check it on my own...

Spybot is not so much effective antispyware nowadays.

Download Malwarebytes Antimalware, Superantispyware, Spyware Doctor Starter Edition. You can also do a scan with Spyware Terminator. Update each one of them.

Turn off the system restore. Then login to safe mode, and run scans with antivirus and the antispywares.

If asked by an expert here, you can also post a log of HiJackThis.
