Spyware literally killed my computer?

Specs: Windows XP
I have no idea what to do. There is a spyware program on my computer doing all the normal spyware things... telling me I need to install all of its junk, etc.

Here is the issue. I literally can do nothing about it. It closes task manager whenever I try to open it and shut down the processes. I can't boot in safemode because it won't let me open msconfig or ANYTHING. Can't open anti-viruses. Can't open the driver for my wireless card to activate my internet. Can't open anything I typed into RUN either.

How on earth do I go about getting rid of a program that literally stops me from opening ANYTHING?

(When I restart the comp, I watch it shut down every single start up process that isn't its own on the task bar.)

If anyone can help me with this one I would appreciate it SOO much. This one is rough. O_O

**edit** I literally just sat here mashing ctrl+alt+del hoping I could get into task manager for a split second and close this thing. I got lucky enough that it was the first process on the list, clicked "end task" and hit enter in time for it to shut the dang thing out before it closed TM again. I am going to run every spyware and virus program I have. If anyone else has experienced this and may have details about it, please let me know.

Spybot S&D found a pair of Trojans... Win32.agent.pz and win32.zbot. It showed me where the programs were saved, and I deleted the files. I also editted a registry (per someone elses online question about these trojans).

I haven't restarted my computer yet, but I am hoping that fixed it. Again... if anyone has some insight into these, and knows if there is something extra I need to do to get rid of this thing completely please let me know!
