Does anyone know if Spyware Blaster has a auto start option or do you have to start each time you restart your computer? I've looked in the program and I have not been able to find one.

In runs automatically in the background protecting for active x spyware only. Make sure you also have Adaware/Spybot from http://wilders.org/ installed Use them all to keep your system spyware free.

I do have the others too and they have been great. I just didn't know if Spyware Blaster started when Windows starts.

The beauty of SpywareBlaster is that it doesn't need to be running in the background, and uses no computer resources. You run it for the first time, let it build it's little 'wall' of protection on your computer, then exit the program. You don't need to run it again except to download and enable updates, which you'll probably want to do weekly.

I do know that all you have to do is run it the first time and then exit, and it will run in the background. But I don't know if it will automatically start when Windows does or do I have to run it on each restart?

It doesn't run in the background. After you install it, it doesn't run at all.
It does add entries to the registry to block certain ActiveX objects from running.

What blackdogx says is correct. It provides protection through registry entries, therefore it is loaded with the registry every time windows starts. That is of course unless you have disabled protection, in which case it is not in the registry.

Thank you guys. That is what I was trying to find out. If I had to click on it everytime I restarted my computer. So in other words, you are saying that I don't have to do this every time I restart. Thanks again for the help.
