Spyware Blaster Database Corrupted?

I have the latest version of Spyware Blaster (3.3). This week when I tried to get the new updates they never downloaded completely and I got a message in Spyware Blaster saying the cause was 'a corrupted database'. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the problem to no avail. I also uninstalled and redownloaded and reinstalled, but I get the same message and don't seem to be able to get the lates updates. What am I missing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
