Likely, your computer is infected with a rogue anti-spyware application. I recommend you to download MalwareBytes anti-malware or Spyware Doctor. If you won't be able to download those applications as it happens very often with rogue anti-spyware applications, use Hijackthis from http://www.hijackthis.de and paste scan log here. Maybe we can identify which rogue is present on your system and remove it manually.
