If some one could look at a Hijack this log to help me, i would greatly appreciate it. Something os on this pc that doesn't allow some programs to run. Also, IE6 won't goto the internet, yet I can ping any site. Please Help!!!

Yes spywares are affecting pc system but only about the speed when connected to internet.
Otherwise they don't work.
Apparently you have two distincts problems:
1) one with your IE
2) second with your memory ram
To resolve 1) you need to repair your internet explorer, go to your control panel, find program "add & remove programs", open it, find line "internet explorer and his tools", open it, 3 options, one is "repair", send procedure to check for damaged or corrupted files, that will fix this problem.
To resolve 2) download the following freewares to rid of cookies spywares:

don't forget to update weekly theses programs, and clean your system.
Your computer should work perfectly after that.......
