Download SuperAntiSpyware from here since you might not be able to get to its main site http://www.filehippo.com/download_s... and then download malwarebytes antimalware from here http://www.download.com/Malwarebyte... again since maybe you cant get to its main site. After you downlaod them run them in the same order. This should fix you up.

Thanks,

Chris

Please first use the links I provided. I assume that this may not be the only spyware on your system so removing manually would just cost you extra time and still spyware may exist.

Thanks,

Chris

Hi

Thanks so much for your advice. Unfortunately when I'd downloaded and tried to run super spyware and then malware, neither of them would work!! I am not confident enough to try to remove it manaully. Don't suppose you have any other suggestions?
Thanks again.

Im not sure if you mean the didnt install or the wouldnt run after install but never the ess download smitfraud fix from http://siri.geekstogo.com/Smitfraud... if it does not run change its name by right clicking on it and choosing rename and then name it anything you like and then try to run it. You can do the same for superantispyware and malwarebytes. Let me know how it goes for you.

Thanks,

Chris

this application is totally useless and what is more - dangerous. Follow this removal instructions: http://www.2-viruses.com/remove-spy...
There is a list of files that must be deleted.

Good luck!

this spyware guard 2009 is the part of spyware guard 2008, Spyware Guard 2008, also known as SpywareGuard 2008 or SpywareGuard2008, is new counterfeit anti-spyware software that created to invade yoru privacy and ruin the Internet community. Just like most fake antispywares, Spyware Guard 2008 issues misleading and exaggerated results. Spyware Guard 2008 usually installed itself onto your PC without your permission, through Vundo Trojan, Virus or fake software. SpywareGuard2008 will display fake system alerts or fake security alerts to trick user to buy the paid version of SpywareGuard2008 , in order to remove the potential and reported problems. Not only does it cause your machine to slow down dramatically, it would also put your privacy and data in risk.
To remove spyware guard manualy, follow the instructions given at
http://darfuns.com/remove-spyware-g...

I still recommend the manual removal. As S Jam cleared out, spyguard blocks antispyware programs, so you can only count on either manual removal or reinstalling windows.
