Hi,
spybouncer.msi\data1.cab\delmod.dll is infected...Error 42111 can't move to chest

I have some problems with my OE6 so I did a bootscan on reboot with Avast. It found the above was infected with win32:trojan-gen {other} and It would not move the infection to the chest. It said error 42111

I tried Rogue remover and it found 12 items and quarantined them.Someone suggested that in the Avast Forums.

I also checked add/remove and there was no instance in there

I did another bootscan and the problem was still there. Would a hijackthis scan help? Does anyone know how to read one and suggest fixes?
