This is a two-fold question.
1) After each Internet usage, I run Spybot: Evidentially, I always have the same spyware on my PC. The usual suspects are doubleclick.com/net and hitlist.com/net. My Spybot is current and updated. Is this normal to have these spyware knuckleheads after each Internet usage?
2) I have Sygate's personal firewall on my PC. I have searched Sygate's site for help, as well as Goggle but I have not had any help on blocking info. I am trying to block doubleclick.com/net . . . etc from accessing my PC. Hence, how do you block sites with Sygate? (I am a newbie to firewalls)
I have all the known spyware idiots blocked in IE . . .Internet Options . . . Restricted Sites, but they are still getting in.
Any help or links would be very much appreciated!
Thanks,
Kraig

Double click is a recurring tracking cookie I believe.I think that picking those up is normal.I pick double click up occasionally myself. Those cookies aren't the worst of spyware to get.But if you want to block that cookie,Google search for Spyblocker. It's a shareware($19.99/lifetime)program that filters a number of things and acts as a proxy. My Spybot scans are usually very clean because of running that program. Hope this helps.JB
