Have you tried a different server? I just used a different server and it went fine. I think they all get bombarded once the new updates come out. Try the Australian server and see if that works.

Yeah, I get a bad checksum when trying to download the beta updates too. Its been happening for some time now, and switching mirrors hasn't helped this time (though the Aussie mirror was always the most reliable in the past). I got the beta update installed on my XP comp no hassles but a day or so later I got the checksum error when I tried to load it on my ME machine. Noticed the file size had changed????
