spybot search and destroy/Trojan

I just did a scan with Agnitum tauscan.umm this is what it found : Infected C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\blindman.exe - Neman 1.2 Found Infected C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\borlndmm.dll - Neman 1.2 Found Infected C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\delphimm.dll - Neman 1.2 Are these usual files for spybot/search or have I picked up a tampered version .

More than likely they are false positives, Those files are valid Spybot-S&D files.

These files as you provided listed above for a visually impaired special software to view large print or speech cues..

get a second opinion at http://housecall.antivirus.com run the free online scan. see what it finds.
