spybot S&D updates??

Spybot S&D never updates!! I have tried updating for at least 1 month now and it always says "no newer updates available"

A new update has been available for download since last week. Perhaps try a different mirror site.

1.) What version, do you have installed?
2.) Do you have/use a firewall? (Besides the one in XP)
If you are running the latest version, of Spybot S&D. (Version 1.3 Final) Go to this page, and use one of the spybotsd_includes.exe links, in Response Number 9. Right-click it and choose Save Target As.. Tell it where to save it. Mark Save this program to disk. Don't run it. Run it, after it's downloaded.

Methinks CALHOUN is running v1.2
If so, you are correct. There are no newer updates available for that version (not for a very long time).
However, SpyBot 1.3 has been updated regularly and the updates have thus far been very little trouble.
I believe the last update for SpyBot 1.3 was on 07-09-2004. But I could be wrong.
If in doubt, you can download and install the includes as CrazyOne mentioned above.
Summary: Spybot S&D IMPORTANT UPDATE. I hope it is anyway. Nothing mentioned on the website but it updated. Heres hoping Dog BTW I have the Beta switched on. ...
