SpyBot detects Windows.Explorer

CPU/Ram: 512mb
Product: AMD Athlon

When I scanned using SpyBot, the system detected a High Risk file titled
Windows.Explorer
I searched the web for this file but all searches assumed that I was looking for Windows Explorer.
Is Windows.Explorer a spyware? What is it doing?

I hate bugs
