spybot administrator issues in Win 7

Hello all! I am wondering if anyone is having this same problem with Spybot...every time I run it I cannot remove what it finds as it tells me that I am not the Admin. I most certainly am. When I go into my Admin settings in control panel I am Admin. Can someone tell me if this is a Win 7 issue with Spybot? If not, can anyone tell me what to do?? Thank you in advance for your help...
