Is their a way to set it up to stop this from showing up and not allow it to down load
spybot-s&d reports that you want to download "doubleclick". this is a known threat. do you want to block this download

Nice question, I guess I'm so used to it that I never really wondered if I could or couldn't do that. But, with me, there are some websites that I want to block it at one point, but let it through at another (advertisement supported game site).

Go to the "Immunize" page and in the lower section select "Block All Bad Pages Silently"

Initially, this Spybot feature had a huge memory leak. Although there have been rumors that the problem was corrected, I've seen no official comments from the creators of Spybot. I'm running Spybot 1.3.1 without TeaTimer until I know for certain.
