SPTD.sys in safe mode

I have a problem, some viruses got on my computer and even when i got rid of them my computer does not work in normal mode, when i start it up i go to safe mode and it asks me: Press Esc to load SPTD.SYS during safe mode if I dont it restarts, do i have to reboot or is there a solution?
