I made a website just a few months ago. Just recently this guy came on and said he hated my website, so i banned him. Well somehow he came back on and said hes gonna flood my website with trojans and mess with me and my 30+ members and mess with my comp 2. He started posting links but i deleted them right away. he wont go away. can someone tell me if there is some kind of program or firewall 2 help me stop these trojans from coming after me?
P.S I also got his ip address and email if it matters

You don't really provide a whole lot of information, but from what i gather, you have a message board on your website and that is where this guy is posting messages? If that is it, there is really no way for him to "give you a Trojan." The only thing he could really do is post a link to some Trojan and hope people will click on it. The best thing you can do is warn the other members of the problem and tell them to be careful about clicking on links. Also, make sure your message board is the latest version available. Most message boards have an administrations section which will let you ban specific IP address. This is in no way foolproof, and will only keep him away until he figures out how to fake his IP address. However, that might just be long enough for him to get bored and move on. Finally, if his e-mail address is valid, you can try contacting his ISP to report his behavior. If anything he is saying/doing is criminal, you could also contact your local police department.

Go here:

http://www.ip2location.com/

Place the offending ip address in the search box and you will get details including their internet provider which you will be able to email. They don't take too kindly to this kind of behaviour and might likely warn him against it.

Don't fret - sooner or later cyberbullying will be made a national crime. Many States are now considering legislation and some have already passed it & put it into law.
