there is this guy that keeps on hacking into my computer and i know that he is because he talks to me on AIM. he goes through my files and he will tell me what i have. and he also says that he can see everything that i do, and i know that he can because he will start talking to the people that i am talking to on AIM and he will hack their computers in seriously less than 2 minutes. he found out pretty much everything about me except my social security#. he also can control what i do, like when i type something to send to someone on AIM he will erase it and type something else and send it. he also will lock up my mouse and he will also place some viruses in my documents thinking that im stupid enough to open them up or something. he has 2 backdoors installed on my system...."BKDR BACKDOOR.J" i need help, i dont know wha to do. am i going to have to reinstall my OS? and even if i reinstall my OS will he be able to hack me just by knowing what my AIM screen name is?

please help me

thanks.

you need a firewall, such as sygate,
and you need to run a http://www.trojanscan.com/trojan remover and http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_frame.aspvirus scan.
run all the security scans at
http://scan.sygate.com/

hi src,
sorry to hear this.
you might want to try this:
hit your start button, go to run, type in command.com, a black screen will pop up, where its blinking type in> netstat -an
take note of what's in the foreign address list, then go to www.pclank.com and do their trojan port, and trojan tests. compare both results.
if you have a trojan(s) go to www.wilders.org and download a free 30 trial of trojan hunter and scan your computer.
for more info on trojans, trojan ports, firewalls go to www.thepublicworks.com security section and link to simovits consulting, security dogs, darkE, etc.
all the best, hope this helps,
murve
