Anony,

calm down first...

1) What firewall do you have installed?...
2) What does the hacker tell you?..
3) What program are you using that the hacker 'sees' you using?
4) If you know... where is the data sent to?
5) What OS do you use? XP pro or Home.

What I suggest....

1) Turn off you file and print sharing if not already done. Go into control panel--->Network connections---> right click on your network connection and click properties.. make sure file and print sharing is unchecked.

2) Remove Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop Sharing
Start --> Control Panel -->
Performance and Maintenance -->
System -->
Remote Tab.
Uncheck both.

3)Download and install ALL updated updates and patches from microsft's site.

4)run msconfig and get rid of any annoying startup programs that may be hiding from you.

5)This is only valid for Windows XP Pro: Do this NOW!

Disable the "Guest" account. Rename the "Administrator" account. Where?

Administrator Tools --> Computer Management --> Local Users and Groups --> User folder --> Right click "Administrator" and select "Rename." Do NOT disable this account. You may need it someday.

6)update you antivirus software and run a full scan of your system.
if you do not have a antivirus program... go to Grisoft AVG and download this very good free anti virus program.

100% detection rate of AVG Anti-Virus System is continuously certified by independent ICSA laboratories

7) use a software firewall... if you don't have one.. download the free version of Zonealarm from:

The award-winning personal firewall automatically blocks dangerous Internet threats - known and unknown - guarding your PC from hackers and data thieves. ZoneAlarm provides the basic protection individuals need to secure their PC and keep their valuable information private.

this will prevent anyone from accessing your computer.

8) go to http://www.majorgeek.com/index2.html or http://www.lsfileserv.com/ and download their free program called ad-aware 5.81.
this will remove any spy-ware that is on your system.

Ad-aware is a free multi spyware removal utility that scans your memory, registry and hard drives for known spyware and scumware components and lets you remove them safely. It is updated frequently.

9) go to:
SurfinGuard Pro
and down load SurfinGuardŽ Pro 5.7 - Beta.
SurfinGuardŽ Pro protects PC users from new, unknown Internet threats by monitoring and containing the behavior of downloaded progams and active content. SurfinGuard Pro runs active content (e.g., executables, ActiveX, scripts, Windows scripting files and Java) in a protected "sandbox" called the Safe Zone that automatically blocks potentially hostile actions.

10) go to Swat-it
download a program called Swat-it. It will remove trojans and bots.

Swat It is a Completely FREE program that scans your files for Trojans, Worms, Bots and other Hacker programs. Swat It can detect and remove over 3000 different Trojan programs plus variants.

11) go to: TDS download TDS Ver 3.21. It is a trial for a Trojan finder and removal tool.

The worlds most comprehensive anti-trojan system just got even better!
There are several anti-trojan systems in existance, but none can even be compared to TDS.

I know this is a lot to follow... but do it.. and let me know the answers to my questions so I canm help you better.

Firewall is ZoneAlarm,

the hacker acts like he knows everyone I'm talking to and everything I say, I think the hacker sees MSN at least (maybe my webcam...he talked about pics...) ...data sent to... no clue...

I'll try what you say here, i dunno if it'll work tho

Anony,

what the hackers probably has installed on your system is a trojan and a keylogger..
along with a screen shot capture program.

do what I suggest from above...

it will get him out of your computer for good.

Anony,

Go to your ZoneAlarm firewall settings:

In Security tab, move the both to HIGH settings and ticked it on all boxes, you're safe in very stronger stealth mode. Unless if you using LiveUpdates (Timed schedules)/DCC Chats you can turn off the Local/Internet boxes for awhile. when you're done tick it back.. Don't worry about local/Internet settings since the HIGH setting will block hackers/backdoor. The webcam only outbound port, the inbound will BLOCKED by the firewall. I recommend use WebCam FTP software to post your webpages, the Real Time webcam causing too many alerts inbound detections.

hi anony,
follow tank863 instructions to the letter.
then install Regprot also from Diamond, where you found TDS.
Regprot is a registry monitor, it will activate and ask you if want to allow certain programs to start up from your registry, if you see anything unusual that is asking permission to start up click cancell or no! This will stop the process and delete it from registry.
Also you might want to make note of the file, then go to the location specified and delete the file. you can also download a program called procmon and tdimon from Sysinternals, they are a process monitor, and a port monitor, they are free. you can get more information from www.thepublicworks.com security section, info on ports, firewalls, and trojans. you might want to click on these links: Simovits Consulting, Trojan Removal, Dalantec, Wilders.org, and PCFlank here you'll be able to scan and check your ports.
cheers,
murve

Finally, after you've done all that was
suggested, think about your friends, if any
have access to your computer. Which one would set you up and enjoy being a "hacker?"

oh, and if you're the revenging type, leave a few virus-infected files around on your system... that'd teach the b*gger if he got back in
