Softenza has taken over - cant remove

March 1, 2011 at 22:04:33
Specs: Windows XP
My laptop has been taken over by "softenza". I cant boot up in ANY mode- I repeat...ANY (not safe mode, not safe mode with networking, not mode for booting - it doesnt matter how many times I press F8- all it does is run codes and then goes back to the same menu screen- sooo my question is - I understand there are great programs out there that will detect and remove this ass- however, I cant get then to open - sure I can use a flash drive (been there done that ) with the link to download the software to remove it via a flash drive - no luck there either- Softenza prevents it from opening.
So I do see help online with giving me a lot of examples to manually delete processes when I restart and how I can see columms of what is bogging system down and suspicious file coding - once again - SOFTENZA stops me from deleting them - oh and removing them from the registry- hmm- I just decided to ask first before I attempt that gold nugget solution as well.. seeing how I have been at this for three days now.. My fear is that as I keep going deeper into the manual removal I will actually make it worst or ignore the pop ups that actually are legit when I try to delete exe or dll files saying it will alter my PC. I dont know anymore - Does ANYONE have a sure thing to my problem- I understand that is it pretty simple to remove- but not when I am stopped by what I am trying to remove in the first place- any changes I tricks I have tried end up where I hit another wall.... HEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLP - PLEASE???

Remove the drive, slave it to another PC and remove the viruses that way.

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
