what can i do about it
also i noticed the adress in the details was odc.myhub.org
odc is a filesharing client similiar to dc++ that i recently uninstalled, whats goin on?

hi echobunny,
its your port 5000 that may be open or closed and not in stealth. are you running a firewall? if not install a firewall. it will stealth your ports.
for some good info on firewalls go to www.thepublicworks.com security section and link up to simovits consulting, firewall guide, security dogs for some info on firewalls.
also you may want to link up to www.pcflank.com and do a trojan and port test to see if you are trojaned or if any ports are opened.
port 5000 is your plug n play port and sockets de trois is the trojan associated with that port.
all the best,
murve

There is a handy program for Gibson research that will disable the port and will allow you to toggle it on if you ever want to make your refrigerator etc. part of your home network:
