Smth corrupt my anti-trojans! help!

I recently recieved a package of some nasty software bundled to an avi file. It included some system slowing stuff,worms etc. I did use many software to get rid of this but there is something left on my computer. It damaged most of my anti trojans incl."ewido" "twister anti trojan" "wormguard" and "tauscan".
other symptoms are it`s launching a lot of progs.it`s doubling running processes and while navigating thru explorer it opens dozens of small "explorer" processes.
what can it be? how can I remove it? It also damaged my internet client and I cannot connect to run some online scanners. also I disconnected it from internet for the case. what can I do?
