Sms bomber 2001?

This has been harassing me or a while, and i think it came from kazaa. Whenever i connect to the internet (turning on my cable modem or connecting to AOL) these offfensive web pages pop up. on time it froze, and when i tried to close it, it's name turned out to be sms bomber 2001. any idea how to get rid of it?
