I have just recieved an email from an address unknown to me (achi@STarnet.ch) which contained two attachments. The subject of the email was "Please try again", there was no message and the attachments where called "Smoke.bat (file type = Audio/X-wav)" and "tech1 (file type = Application/Octet Stream file type)" Could someone please let me know if these are viruses and how I can stop them
