Slow log on and shutting down

Specs: Windows XP
After a Thinkpoint infection in XP, a can't find C:\Windows\kbdoxse.dll notice appears when logging on. Is there such a file?

try ccleaner:
clean out all your excess junk and then click on the registry icon on the left of it to clean out excess junk also

This means something is attempting to load this file at boot-time - parse the registry for references to kbdoxse.dll - Post back with the location(s), in the registry.
