Slot Machine sound playing randomly!!!!!!

For the last couple of days something like a slot machine sound has been playing randomly in my computer. Ive ran my antivirus twice now and it hasnt found anything.
Has anybody have this problem, and if u did, how did u get rid of it??

KK, I think i found the problem and its not a virus:
I normally visit this site: http://www.pronosticos.gob.mx/Pages... and right now in the home page it has a flash animation with exactly the same sound that keeps playing in my computer. This is very weird because i dont know why my computer keeps playing that sound.
