skype and rynga softphone hijacked

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Professional, 2.793 GHz / 1014 MB
I have programs accessing my skype account when I am not using it and my rynga softphone and other applications. I just turned on direct accessing of keyboard today and discovered that Flock my internet browser began accessing my keyboard several hours later. Plus some very suspicious behavior... I saw that my softphone app was being used so I turned it off and uninstalled it and then skype was raging so I turned it off... bottom line is I believe that my computer is being monitored or hijacked. I do not know if this is considered suspicious behavior but it appears as such to me and I would like to have some peace of mind in knowing that my computer is secure and that noone is accessing it possibly doing something not so cool.

I just unplugged my video camera and noticed that I had 41 connections to unknown ip addresses and then it dropped to 26 then to 20 immediately. What is going on here anyone know?
