|I've had this computer for a few years now, and after the OS got corrupted (would always freeze at diskcheck.sys, if I remember correct), I reinstalled the OS, updated to the most recent updates, and got running again. However, whenever I try to do anything, the computer crashes without a blue screen-|
Chrome and Firefox installation or running? Shut down.
Internet Explorer ( Versions Seven and Eight) with more than two tabs? Shut down.
Games (Civ 4 runs, everything else doesnt)? Shut down.
Installing a program? Shut down.
Scanning using Kaspersky? Shut down.

Using Adobe Reader for PDFs? Shut down.
Attempting to reboot to install updates? Shut down.
I'm starting to get just a bit annoyed here and I cant find any reason WHY its doing it. I've cleaned my registry using Advanced System Care 3.0, but that didnt solve the problem.
I've installed a wireless keyboard and mouse (Microsoft Intellipoint), But I dont think that is the reason.
All my drivers are updated, so I'm finally at a loss for whats going on.
