I have a virus on my laptop. It hasnt done anything to the make it slow but what it has done is, when I start up internet explorer or any programs to start up the internet the window will appear for about 5 seconds then close, this also happens with itunes. For some reason it does not happen with things like word and excel. Can anyone help? I can't access the internet to download free anti-virus and also I have tried to load norton but once again the window will open for 5 seconds then close down.
